MGM International Exports was formed in the year 1993 when paralled marketing of kerosene was permitted by the Government of India. The public sector undertakings including blue chip company like Indian Oil Corporation were canalizing the import of kerosene and the imported kerosene was distributed by the MGM International Exports division to the Southern States including, Pondicherry besides some of the industrial customers.

MGM International Exports and Imports Pvt. Ltd, is currently engaged in importing coal and coal-fine and supplying to the content industries all over India. This division is also engaged in importing of metals and minerals required for the various industries.
